Starting in fifth grade, St. Luke's students begin to learn and practice what it means to be ethical and empathetic leaders. Leading with Humanity is St. Luke's leadership curriculum. Year by year, capabilities increase and the confidence to lead grows. Students build skills that open the door to authentic leadership: effective speaking and listening, social and emotional agility, creative problem-solving, and collaboration.

Our Distinct Approach to Leadership

Leading with Humanity

St. Luke’s mission is an exceptional education that inspires a deep love of learning, a strong moral compass, the commitment to serve, and the confidence to lead.  Our Leading with Humanity curriculum emphasizes the development of moral character alongside leadership skills, fostering the ability to lead, collaborate, and empathize with others. Guided by three essential principles—Global Perspective, Service Orientation, and Inclusive Ethos—we equip our students with the tools to navigate the complexities of a rapidly evolving world.

Leadership Experiences: Hands On Learning That Lasts
